Just so some are aware, the Keltec PMR-30, and the earlier Grendel P30 it's based on, the primary reason it uses .22 mag, because that's the round that allows for a stacking angle which gets you 30 rounds in two 15 round columns. Any extra mv or fp you get out of the .22 mag over .22LR is just a secondary minor bonus.
R&D for suppressor use is ongoing. The PMR-30 is not as simple to suppress as a fixed barrel blow-back gun. It may need a special adapter to allow the barrel to move during cycling, but testing is still ongoing. Only after the issues are known, and solutions are found, will a factory threaded barrel be released.
Reliability. I was able to get ahold of a small variety of .22WMR ammunition for testing and in total, I fired about 500 rounds through the pistol for this review. Right now, .22WMR is still a bit more expensive than it used to be and still goes for about $25-$30 for a 50-round box.
